Yep, we hear you and as much as we can't eliminate any of the above, we're here to help 'take the edge off' and provide you with some skills to help with this and create some balance.
With this thoughtfully structured and carefully crafted timetable of classes,
here at CBS Dance we know that balance is key and working with top physio's and dance specialists we have created a program to help you understand your body's needs during lockdown and beyond.
Including some of our most loved dance classes, the timetable includes an injury prevention and body 'check in' with top physio Nikki Franklin and a wonderful session with Brenda Shankey with her specially tailored 'Inspiring Change' workshop.
On top of all that, we will also be providing a free dance fitness program compiling
specific exercises to help your body feel good whilst training at home.
This is a chance for you to spend three mornings a week connecting with others
and working towards feeling good both physically and mentally.
